Simple Smart Search

In most cases, "Simple Smart Search" will find the product you are looking for. You may increase your chance of finding that product by broadening your search criteria.

1) Go to "Smart Search" section (screen shot to the left).
2) Type full or partial name of a product, its number or its manufacturer in the text field.
3) Press "Enter" or click .

"Simple Smart Search" can find a product only if your search word matches exactly with any word in the product's name. For example, if you type "Epson inks", you will find nothing. There are no products that have the word "inks" in their names. If you type "Epson ink", you will find 84 products.

It does not matter if you use lower case or upper case letters in your search.

"Epson ink" is the same as "Epson AND ink". Using AND between search words results in finding products that have both words in their names. In our example, it will find products that have the word "ink" in their names and Epson as their manufacturer.

Using OR between search words results in finding products that have either or both words in their names. In our example, it will find products that either have the word "ink" in their names or Epson as a manufacturer, or both.

Advanced Smart Search

Go to "Smart Search" section and click "Advanced Search" link (screen shot below).

1) Search by keywords in the same manner you would search using "Simple Smart Search".
2) Choosing "Search in Product Descriptions" allows you to search for keywords in product names and their descriptions.
3) Focus your search by specifying category name ("Include Subcategories" option should be checked).
4) Focus your search by specifying manufacturer's name.
5) Search by price range.
6) Search by dates range.
